Our service is designed to bring fresh food right to your doorstep. Simply browse our selection, choose your favourite dishes, and place your order by 12 noon for next-day delivery.
What kind of food do you deliver?
We offer healing tonics, juices, salads, hot dishes, side dishes and soups - all made with purely alkaline ingredients.
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Just add the items you wish to purchase to your basket, proceed to checkout, and follow the instructions to complete your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value.
What is the cut-off time for next-day delivery?
To receive your fresh food the next day, please ensure your order is placed by 12 noon. Orders made after this time will be delivered the following day.
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
We deliver every day of the week, excluding public holidays. There may be select times of the year when the kitchen is closed but this will be indicated on our website as necessary.
What are your delivery charges?
We are currently not charging for delivery.
What if I’m not home for my delivery?
We recommend that you try to be home to receive your delivery due to the items being perishable. If this is not possible, then please let us know where we can leave your items, either with a neighbour or safe place.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations can be made up to the order cut-off time of 12 noon for next-day delivery. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
What is your policy on refunds and returns?
We take pride in the quality of our fresh food. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to discuss a refund or replacement.

Our food is sourced locally and then only prepared the day before delivery. It is stored at the correct temperature ahead of delivery.
Is there an app available for Alkaline Eats?
Not yet! We hope to have an app in the future but the website is responsive for mobile so this should be a seamless experience. Please do let us know if you have any issues accessing or utilising the website.
